The first edition of the Padel World Summit is now history, having concluded with resounding success and leaving an indelible mark on this sport. Over three days, from May 21st to 23rd, the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center (FYCMA) was the epicenter of this international event, which brought together over 4,000 professionals from 70 nationalities, reaffirming its global nature -with more than 50% of professionals coming from outside Spain- and marking a before and after in the professional padel sector.
The event, exclusively dedicated to the world of padel, provided a unique platform for industry professionals, where they had the opportunity to explore the latest trends and developments, establishing valuable connections and strategic collaborations.
The Padel World Summit stood out for its high-level presentations at the Padel World Congress, where industry leaders shared knowledge and experiences. Distributed across two simultaneous rooms, these presentations addressed crucial topics for the development and innovation in padel, providing valuable insights for all attending professionals.
Among the more than 32 presentations held at the Padel World Congress, highlights included “Global Padel Report 2024”, “The future of padel academies”, “The boom of professional padel circuits”, and “The legacy of padel, by Ignacio Soto Borja”.

The Investor Forum was another highlight, providing an exclusive space for networking between investors and entrepreneurs in the sector. This platform facilitated collaboration among business projects, thereby contributing to the entrepreneurial growth of padel.

We also need to mention the B2B Expo, a space spanning over 15,000 m2, which featured 5 spectacular courts and hosted 132 exhibiting brands presenting their latest innovations, products, and services to all industry professionals in an ideal business environment.

The culmination of the event took place at a magnificent Gala Dinner at the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Center (FYCMA), where the first edition of the Padel World Summit Awards was held. The evening was a special occasion to recognize the most outstanding figures and projects in the sector.

Leisure activities and social events complemented the work sessions, providing additional opportunities for networking in a relaxed atmosphere and celebrating padel as the fastest-growing sport in the world.
One of the most notable activities was the invitational tournament and welcome cocktail held the day before the inauguration of the Padel World Summit at the Nueva Alcántara Club in Marbella, attended by the CEOs of the exhibiting companies, investment funds, press, partners, and other invited personalities.
The success of this first edition of the Padel World Summit bodes well for its future, already looking ahead to 2025, consolidating it as a key event for the development of padel on a global scale.
